Cancel a Wire Order

If an wire order has been submitted by the doctor but is not yet in production, it can be cancelled.

To cancel an archwire order

1. Open the archwire you want to cancel. Look at the top of the screen to make sure the archwire is still in an Ordered state, e.g. Wire 1 (Ordered).
2. From the Order tab, click the Cancel Wire Production button.
   Result: A confirmation box appears. Click OK to proceed with canceling the order. Click Cancel to stop the cancellation.
3. (Optional) To verify the order has been cancelled view the product notes with the All Notes or Standard Notes filters applied,

Note: If the Cancel Wire Production button is unavailable, this indicates that the wires are in production or shipped and cannot be canceled. At this point you must contact SureSmile Customer Care for further assistance.
