To start SureSmile, you must log into a web browser. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing SureSmile. Mozilla Firefox and Safari on the Apple OS are also supported, but WebGL must be manually enabled for Firefox and Safari.
Tip: To download and install a free Chrome browser, go to https://www.google.com/chrome, and follow the instructions to download Chrome.
Because you are now in a browser environment, you can open different areas of SureSmile in multiple tabs or in multiple windows. The name on the tab indicates the area available on that tab. For example, you could have a window open to the images page and another tab open for the therapeutic model. The label for the first tab would be HRID Images and the label for the second would be HRID therapeutic model, where HRID is the patient ID.
