Am I charged for the number of segments I create?

No, there is just one charge per arch.

Am I charged for shipping?

No, the IDB fee includes standard shipping.

Are lingual IDB trays available?

Not at this time.

Can I order SureSmile wires with my IDB trays?

Yes. To order SureSmile wires with your IDB trays, order a Standard w/ IDB case type. Click here for more information.

Can I export IDB tray files and have trays produced myself?

Yes, you have the option to export your IDB tray digital files and print your own IDB trays in-house or at your local lab. Just go to the Order tab of your IDB tray simulation and click the Export Trays button.  There is a one-time charge for this service, which varies by country/region.

I have created an IDB simulation, but it is missing the steps to generate trays. What is wrong?

You have not selected a supported bracket set. Go to https://www2.suresmile.com/bracket-library/ to determine  if your bracket set is supported.

To assign the correct brackets:

1. Select the Brackets tab.
2. Click the Assign Bracket Set button.
3. Choose a supported bracket set (make sure to check the slot size)
4. Click Apply.

Can I display straight wires on my IDB tray simulation?

Not at this time.

Can I design and order IDB trays from the treatment simulation workspace?
