Remove Setup Prescription
To remove a setup prescription that has not been submitted, follow these steps:
- Open the patient's record and click on the setup that you want to remove.
- Go to the Order tab, then click Remove Order.
Result: A pop-up window opens asking "Are you sure?"
- If you are sure you want to delete the setup prescription and all of the information you have entered, click OK.
OR
Click Cancel to keep the setup prescription.
Note: To cancel a setup prescription already submitted, contact SureSmile Customer Care.
