Remove Setup Prescription

To remove a setup prescription that has not been submitted, follow these steps:

  1. Open the patient's record and click on the setup that you want to remove.
  2. Go to the Order tab, then click Remove Order.
    Result: A pop-up window opens asking "Are you sure?"
  3. If you are sure you want to delete the setup prescription and all of the information you have entered, click OK.
    OR  
    Click Cancel to keep the setup prescription.

Note: To cancel a setup prescription already submitted, contact SureSmile Customer Care.
