Submit your Order

When you have completed the dental exam and performed other tasks required by the different types of models, follow these steps to submit the order:

1. From the timeline at the top of the patient overview (or from the expanded timeline on the clinic overview), click the name of the order that you are ready to submit. The Dental Examination opens,
2. Scroll down the page to the Submit Order section.
3. Check or uncheck the Deliver with Brackets check box as appropriate.

• • If the model is part of a Standard case type, then the check box is checked by default. You can still uncheck the check box if you want to order an unbonded therapeutic model.
  • If the model is part of an Aligner case type, the check box is unchecked by default. You cannot recheck it, since you cannot order an aligner with a bonded model.

4. Click Submit.

Note: Orders for models from OraScans must be submitted from the scan station used to capture the scan data. Orders for models from CBCT scans must be submitted from SureSmile.
